Miriam Prichard, LMHC,  earned an M.S. Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Illinois University. She has experience working with clients who experience addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, stress, self-harming behavior and family conflict. She also has extensive experience in facilitating groups for both children and adults.

Miriam looks at clients individually and holistically. She recognizes each person has a unique story that shapes the way they see themselves, others,  and the world. She  helps clients make changes they feel are important to living a more satisfying life. She does this through talk therapy, EMDR, creative arts, play therapy and sand tray therapy depending on the clients’ age and needs.

Miriam has taught for both Scott Community College and St. Ambrose University. She is a founding member of the Quad City Yoga Foundation which provides yoga instruction to those who do not typically have access to it.
